Coprosma kirkii
NZ native. Fast-growing ground cover with oval shaped green leaves on golden branching stems. It loves to scramble over the ground and banks, forming a dense mat. Ideal for suppressing those weeds. Like most natives it is tolerant of a wide range on conditions, including frost and coastal, dry sites.
Prefers full sun to part-shade, tolerates moist soils but prefers good drainage. Perfect on the coast and in those hard to access sites as it is not invasive.
